At Commander Budget Decks LLC, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your deck arrives ready for battle.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or Bracket 4 decks may require additional build time depending on card availability and deck complexity.

Packaging

Each Commander deck is:

  • Sleeved for protection
  • Secured inside a deck box
  • Carefully packaged to help prevent shipping damage

Select products may also include bonus sealed booster packs as listed in the product description.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping carrier. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided through Shopify and/or email.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: Varies by region and customs processing

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship quickly, delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other external circumstances are outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Commander Budget Decks LLC is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Your order number

We will work with you to help resolve the issue.
